Wałdowo Szlacheckie [vau̯ˈdɔvɔ ʂlaˈxɛt͡skʲɛ] (German: Adlig Waldau) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Grudziądz, within Grudziądz County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Grudziądz and 40 km (25 mi) north of Toruń.

The village has a population of 652.
