Mohamad Wael Al Rifai (Arabic: محمد وائل الرفاعي) (born 25 November 1990 in Homs, Syria) is a Syrian footballer. He currently plays for Al-Jazeera, which competes in the Jordan Premier League the top division in Jordan.
