Wierzchocin [vjɛʂˈxɔt͡ɕin] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wronki, within Szamotuły County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Wronki, 17 km (11 mi) north-west of Szamotuły, and 48 km (30 mi) north-west of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 247.
