William Byrd High School (WBHS) is a public secondary school located in Roanoke County, Virginia and is part of the Roanoke County Public Schools system. As well as its successful athletic programs, its music and theater programs, forensics team, and scholastic bowl team are award-winning.

Boys Basketball[]

The Boys Varsity Basketball team is coached by Brad Greenway. The roster is unknown at this time. Last year in the 20-21 season, the team record was 4-6. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic they were limited to just playing other roanoke county teams. In the Regional 2A Tournament, they beat Magna Vista High School in the first round and lost to Northside High School in the second round.

The Boys JV Basketball team is coached by Pat Wolfe. The roster is unknown at this time. Last year in the 20-21 season, the team record was 4-4. Their wins coming from Glenvar High School 2x and Hidden Valley High School 2x. The losses coming from Cave Spring High School 2x and Northside High School.
