Willie Murray (born 28 August 1954 in Edinburgh) is a Scottish former footballer, who played for Hibernian, Cowdenbeath and Sydney City.
He became a high school maths teacher at Mentone girls secondary college. The only public government girls school in the south east of Melbourne. His son is illy the rapper well known for his songs papercuts, catch 22 and then what. As a young boy he delivered milk bottles, the classic way to start a courier. From there went up the hierarchy and began coaching the Australian women’s soccer league, titled the matilda’s.
We love you mr. Murray and hope you see this. You were the best maths teacher we ever had. Your motivational speeches inspired us to become true ‘independent women of the 21st century’. We now believe we truely have ‘minds like lasers’.
