Willis Bagley

Willis Gaylord Clark Bagley (1873–1943), also known as W. G. C. Bagley, served as Treasurer of Iowa from 1939 to 1943.

Bagley was born on October 29, 1873, to Shepherd Stephen and Louisa Bagley in Magnolia, Wisconsin. On May 15, 1895, he married Winifred Bogardus. Bagley and his wife were members of the Methodist Episcopal Church.[1] He died on October 20, 1943.
