Wipsowo [vʲipˈsɔvɔ] (German: Wieps)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barczewo, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-east of Barczewo and 24 km (15 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1772 the area was part of Crown of the Kingdom of Poland. From 1772-1918 it was located in the Kingdom of Prussia, and then in the Province of East Prussia of both the Weimar Republic and the Third Reich.

The village has a population of 764.
