WomenLift Health is an advocacy group of women leaders in global health, an initiative originating from Michele Barry of Stanford University and established in 2019. In April 2020, they hosted a webinar highlighting women who have effectively led responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later in the year they hosted the Women Leaders in Global Health Conference. Members of its advisory board include Geeta Rao Gupta and Jeremy Farrar.[2][3][4]
The group's mission is "to expand the power and influence of talented women in global health and catalyze systemic change to achieve gender equality in leadership".[1]
