Wordscapes is a word puzzle video game created by the American[2] studio PeopleFun, available on Android and IOS.[3] Wordscapes was a top 10 ranked game at the Google Play Store, and the App Store.[4] As of 2020, over 14 million people have played Wordscapes.[5]

Gameplay[]

The game overall is a mix of Boggle and crossword puzzles.[6] To solve the puzzle, the player must find every word using the letters that are located in the circle at the bottom of the screen.[7] There are anywhere from 3 to 7 letters in the circle, depending on the level being played. There are also bonus words, which the player can solve for extra coins.[4] The game currently contains 6,000 levels, and an infinite number of extra master levels which players can access after completing the first 6,000.[5][8] The game publishes daily puzzle for each day.[9]

Reception[]

Complex rated the game as one of the best free games that is available for the iPhone.[10]

Spin offs[]
