Wyliny-Ruś [vɨˈlinɨ ˈruɕ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szepietowo, within Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1]

The village has a population of 120. Graves of 2 Polish soldiers killed in 1939
