Yang Hye-sun (Hangul: 양혜선); also known by her stage name Hyeseong (Hangul: 혜성) is a South Korean singer, dancer and musical actress under IOK Company. She debuted as a member of Elris in 2017.[1] She debuted as musical actress in the musical "Hello Jadoo" as Lee Eunhee in 2018.[2]
Early life[]
Hyeseong was born as Yang Hyesun on October 15, 1999 in Gwangju, South Korea. Her family consist of herself, her parents and one younger sister.[3] Hyeseong studied at Hanlim Multi Art School.[4]
History[]
Pre-Debut[]
Hyeseong appeared on Romeo's music video "TARGET" on November 4, 2015.[5] She also appeared on chicken CF with IU.
2017–present: Debut with ELRIS, Musical Theater Debut, OST[]
On June 1, 2017, Hyeseong officially debuted with ELRIS; which they released their 1st mini album "We, First".[1] In September 2017, Hyeseong auditioned for JTBC's reality show Mix Nine; she passed the audition stage making it onto the show. Hyeseong was eliminated in ep 10, ranking 43 out of the girls ranking.[6]
In June 2018, Hyeseong was cast in the musical "Hello Jadoo" as Lee Eunhee.[2] On June 2, 2018, Hyseong released the OST "Single Heart" of the drama "Rich Man" with fellow member "Bella".[7]
