Yi Chung-hwan
Yi Chung-hwan (Korean: 이중환; 1690-1756) was a Korean civil servant and geographer.[1] He wrote the classic (Korean: 택리지; 1751), describing places in Korea in detail,[2][3] including provinces of Pyongan, Hamgyong, Hwanghae, Kangwon, Kyongsang, Cholla, Chungchong, and Kyonggi.[1]
