Yuhan Corporation (KRX: 000100) is a South Korean pharmaceutical and chemical company. It was established in 1926 by Il-Han Yoo (Ryu, Il-han 유(류)일한) and has been listed on the Korea Stock Exchange since 1962. It is headquartered in Daebang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, Korea. Yuhan is considered one of the top Korean pharmaceutical companies, along with Dong-A, Green Cross and Hanmi, each of which have an annual turnover of US$1 billion annually.

Its subsidiaries include Yuhan Medica, Yuhan Chemicals, and Yuhan-Kimberly, a joint venture with Kimberly-Clark. The current Yuhan CEO is Cho Wook Je.
