Zilim-Karanovo (Russian: Зилим-Караново) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Zilim-Karanovsky Selsoviet, Gafuriysky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 431 as of 2010.^[2] There are 10 streets.
