The 1933–34 season was the thirty-ninth season in which Dundee competed at a Scottish national level, playing in Division One under new manager Billy McCandless, where they would finish in 12th place.[1] Dundee would also compete in the Scottish Cup, where they were knocked out in the 2nd round by Aberdeen.[2]
