The 1969 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 81st staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The championship ended on 21 September 1969.

St. Finbarr's were the defending champions.

On 21 September 1969, Glen Rovers won the championship following a 4-16 to 1-13 defeat of University College Cork in the final. This was their 22nd championship title and their first in two championship seasons.[1]
