The 2022 Cork Premier Senior Hurling Championship is scheduled to be the third staging of the Cork Premier Senior Hurling Championship and the 134th staging overall of a championship for the top-ranking hurling teams in Cork. The draw for the group stage placings took place on 8 February 2022.[1] The championship is scheduled to run between July and November 2022.

Midleton will be the defending champions.[2]
