The 1992 HTC Prague Open was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts at the I. Czech Lawn Tennis Club in Prague in the Czech Republic that was part of Tier V of the 1992 WTA Tour. It was the inaugural edition of the tournament and was held from 20 July until 26 July 1992. First-seeded Radka Zrubáková won the singles title.[1]
