The 1994 Cal State Northridge Matadors football team represented Cal State Northridge during the 1994 NCAA Division I-AA football season.

Cal State Northridge competed in American West Conference (AWC). The 1994 Matadors were led by ninth-year head coach Bob Burt. They played home games at North Campus Stadium in Northridge, California. Cal State Northridge finished the season with a record of three wins and seven losses (3–7, 0–3 AWC). The Matadors were outscored by their opponents 246–290 for the season.
