  1. ^ St Ledger was born in Solihull, England, but also qualified to represent the Republic of Ireland internationally through his grandfather and made his international debut for the Republic of Ireland in May 2009.
  2. ^ Williams was born in Sutton, England, but also qualified to represent Cyprus internationally through his mother and made his international debut for Cyprus in 2006.
