The 2016 AFC Futsal Club Championship Finals was the finals of the 2016 AFC Futsal Club Championship, the 7th edition of the top-level Asian club futsal tournament organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), and the 7th under the current AFC Futsal Club Championship title.

The final was contested between Nagoya Oceans and Naft Al-Wasat.

The third place play-off was contested between Dibba Al-Hisn and Chonburi.
