The 2017 WNBA season is the 18th season for the Indiana Fever of the Women's National Basketball Association . The Fever began play on May 14, 2017.[1] The Fever started the season strong posting a 7–7 record in May and June. However the second half of the season was not as positive. The team finished 2–18 in the months of July August and September. This brought their final record to 9–25, which was 6th place in the Eastern Conference, and next to last in the league.
