American college football season
The 2018 Alabama State Hornets football team represented Alabama State University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Hornets were led by first-year head coach Donald Hill-Eley and played their home games at the New ASU Stadium in Montgomery, Alabama as members of the East Division of the Southwestern Athletic Conference.

The Hornets finished the 2017 season 5–6, 4–3 in SWAC play to finish in second place in the East Division.
