The 2019 Alabama State Hornets football team represents Alabama State University in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Hornets are led by second-year head coach Donald Hill-Eley and play their home games at the New ASU Stadium in Montgomery, Alabama as members of the East Division of the Southwestern Athletic Conference.

The Hornets finished the 2018 season 4–7, 3–4 in SWAC play to finish in fourth place in the East Division.
