Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid were the three-time defending champions[1] and successfully defended their Wheelchair Men's Doubles tennis title at the 2020 US Open, defeating Stéphane Houdet and Nicolas Peifer in the final, 6–4, 6–1, in a repeat of the 2018 US Open final.
