During the 2021–22 season, the Guildford Flames will participate in the Elite Ice Hockey League. It will be the 29th season of Ice Hockey played by the Guildford Flames and their first since 2019/2020 after the 2020/2021 season never took place due to the coronavirus pandemic. It will be the fourteenth season under Paul Dixon as head coach. At the end of May 2021, the Flames revealed that John Dunbar would return four a fourth season.[1] June 2021 saw the announcements that Netminder Kevin Lindskoug,[2] Defenceman Jake Bolton[3] & Jamal Watson[4] had joined, along with Jordan Cownie[5] and the return of Brett Ferguson for a fourth season.[6]
