The 2021 Global T20 Canada was the third edition of the Global T20 Canada, a 20-over professional cricket tournament. Originally, it was schduled to be played at the CAA Centre, Brampton, Ontario, Canada.[1] However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada, the tournament was moved to Malaysia.[2] The competition was scheduled to be played from 28 June to 15 July 2021.[3] Edmonton Royals were renamed as Surrey Jaguars.[4] On 10 July 2021, the tournament was cancelled due to preventive measures taken by Government of Malaysia for COVID–19.[5]
