The 2022 AAMI Community Series was the Australian Football League (AFL) pre-season competition played before the 2022 home and away season. Each team played one match. All matches were televised live on Fox Footy as well as on the Kayo Sports app.[1]

  • The match between Hawthorn and Richmond was played in Devonport as a fundraiser and show of community support, following a bouncing castle tragedy that caused six deaths at the local Hillcrest Primary School in December 2021.[2]
  • The game between Fremantle and West Coast was moved from Fremantle Community Bank Oval to Optus Stadium following the WA Government's changed COVID-19 restrictions on crowd numbers forced the change of venues but due to the change it was played without a crowd.[3]
