The 2022 Ottawa Redblacks season is scheduled to be the eighth season for the team in the Canadian Football League. The Redblacks will attempt to qualify for the playoffs for the first time since 2018 and improve upon their league-worst 3–11 record from 2021.[1] The team will attempt to win the second Grey Cup in Redblacks history and 11th in professional Ottawa football history.

The 2022 CFL season is scheduled to be the second season for Paul LaPolice as the team's head coach. This will be Shawn Burke's first season as general manager, following the dismissal of Marcel Desjardins who had been in the role since 2013, the year prior to the Redblacks' inaugural season.[2][3]
