8 Conlay is a mixed-use commercial and residential complex at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The complex is composed of two structures: Kempinski Hotel and Residences, a supertall skyscraper with a height of 308 m (1,010 ft) and 72 storeys, and YOO8 Residences, a twin-skyscraper sub-complex with a 277 m (909 ft) and a 260 m (850 ft) tall skyscraper.[1] All three structures are managed by Kempinski Hotels SA.[2]
Construction of the complex commenced on 2015.[3] YOO8 Residences A topped out on 2021.[4] Construction of the complex is expected to be complete by 2022.[5]
