Bay 21 is a two condominium buildings comprising the Bay 21 Condominium and Bay 21 TOO located near the Likas Bay in Kota Kinabalu.[2] The first building which is Bay 21 condominium consists of 30-storey (117.68m) while Bay 21 TOO consists of 26 storey with 286 units of floor space ranging from 395 square feet to 1,248 square feet.[1] Bay 21 is designed by architect Lo Su Yin.[3]
