Aenetus scotti is a moth of the family Hepialidae. It is known from New South Wales and Queensland.[1]
The larvae feed on a wide range of trees and saplings, including Dendrocnide excelsa, , Diploglottis australis, Daphnandra micrantha, Melicope micrococca, Eucalyptus species and Lantana camara. They bore in the stem of their host plant.
