Alasdair Beckett-King (born 31 May 1984) is an English stand-up comedian and video game writer from Durham.[2][3][4][5][6][7] He won the 2017 Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year.
Early life[]
Beckett-King attended York St John University and graduated in 2012.[8][9]
Career[]
Alasdair Beckett-King was listed among the finalists of So You Think You're Funny in 2013. He was also among the finalists of NATYS: New Acts of the Year Show in 2014.[10]
Beckett-King won the 2017 Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year.[11]
Beckett-King has appeared on Mock the Week, The Comedian's Comedian with Stuart Goldsmith and Unforeseen Incidents.[12] He co-hosts the Loremen podcast with James Shakeshaft.[13]
Beckett-King wrote the script for adventure game Unforeseen Incidents, released in 2018.[14]
