On 7 October 2017, The Football Federation of Kosovo confirms that Bunjaki after the match against Iceland will no longer be the manager of Kosovo after he decided that decided to resign after weak results during 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifications.[3]
Feronikeli[]
Bunjaku is not the first of his family to be part of KF Feronikeli, as the Bunjaku family has been closely associated with the club for generations. His grandfather was the first sponsor of KF Feronikeli at that time, also his father was part of our club, their continuity is now followed by Albert Bunjaku.

Gjyshi i tij ishte sponsori i parë i KF Feronikelit në atë kohë, gjithashtu edhe babai i tij ishte pjesë e klubit tanë, vazhdimësinë e tyre po e ndjek tani, Albert Bunjaku.
