Albert Kostanian (1980 - ) is a Lebanese politician and journalist of Armenian descent.
Personal life[]
Born in Tyre, he studied economics at the Saint Joseph University in Beirut and completed his studies at HEC University in Paris.[1][2]
Family life[]
He is married to Maggie Nabil Khoubbieh and has two kids, Camille and Emmanuel.[3]
Politics[]
He was one of the founders of the Loubnanouna[clarification needed] movement.
After the assassination of MP Pierre Amin Gemayel, he was among the companions and classmates of Sami Gemayel, his brother, who became "new phalangists" and joined the party in 2007.[4]
In 2009 he took over the management of the Kataeb electoral machine. He moved between Lebanon and Paris, where he worked as a strategic advisor in the Arthur D. Little company,[2] until he decided to take over the Beirut office in the company since 2014, then he moved permanently to Lebanon and worked as a brigade advisor to MP Sami Gemayel.[citation needed]
Television work[]
On March 26, 2019, he moved to television show hosting through the Vision 2030[5][6] program on the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation.[7] Pictures in "Beit Beirut" (Sodeco), alongside guests distributed in various political, cultural, and economic arenas, held in their interviews in a manner outside the traditional pattern
