Aleisha-Pearl Nelson (born 2 March 1990) is a New Zealand rugby union player. She plays for the Black Ferns and for the Auckland Storm.

Nelson was named in the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup squad[1][2][3] and was part of the winning team of the 2019 Women's Rugby Super Series.[4] She graduated from the Auckland University of Technology as a nurse.[5][6]
