Alipur (Urdu: تحصِيل على پُور), is a tehsil (an administrative subdivision) of Muzaffargarh District in the Punjab province of Pakistan. Its capital is Alipur city. Alipur was a Panwar Rajput state till 1701. Later this territory came under control of newly established nawabs of Muzaffargarh.[2]

مسن کوٹ ایک سرسبز و شاداب گاؤں ہے اس میں اکثریت کچے مکان اور کچی سڑکیں ہیں۔۔ اس کے ایک دو گھروں میں بجلی پہنچ سکی ہے ۔ لوگ پرانے روایتی طریقے استعمال کرتے ہوئے اپنی ضروریات زندگی پوری کرتے ہیں۔۔ پانی کیلئے لوگ ہاتھوں والے نل استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ یہاں کے لوگ بہت محنتی ہیں یہاں پر مختلف قومیں آباد ہیں جن میں سے مشہور ساوند مسن،، جھلن ساتھے جام موچی، ہیں۔
