Alum Rock Transit Center (also known as Alum Rock station) is a light rail and bus station operated by Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA). This station is served by VTA's Orange Line.

The station was opened on June 24, 2004, as part of VTA's Capitol light rail extension.[2]

Location[]

The Alum Rock light rail station is located in the median of North Capitol Avenue, just south of Alum Rock Avenue in San Jose, California. The bus station and park & ride lot is adjacent on the west side of Capitol Avenue. The station's address is 6 North Capitol Avenue.
