Andorra was represented by Jenny in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with the song "Sense tu", produced by Rafael Artesero.

Before Eurovision[]

Internal selection[]

A submission period was open for artists and composers to submit demo versions of their entries until 31 December 2005. Each artist could submit more than song, with at least one being performed in Catalan. Artists and composers of any nationality were also able to submit entries. At the conclusion of the submission period, 37 songs from composers and 48 applications from artists were received. From the received entries, an expert committee shortlisted three songs and four artists for the final selection, and on 8 March 2006, RTVA announced Jenny as the Andorran entrant at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with the song "Sense tu".[1]

At Eurovision[]

Not having advanced to the final in 2005, Andorra had to compete in the semi-final in 2006 as well. As both previous Andorran entries, it fared quite poorly. Jenny failed to qualify to the final as well, finishing last of the 23 semi-final contestants.[2]
