Andrei Spinu (pronunciation: [spɨnu]; born June 10, 1986[1]) is a Moldovan entrepreneur and politician, who since August 2021 has been Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development of the Republic of Moldova in the Government of Gavrilița. He is the general secretary of the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS).
