Andriy Mykhaylovych Veresotskyi (Ukrainian: Андрій Михайлович Вересоцький; born 21 January 1992) is a Ukrainian football defender currently playing for FC Chernihiv in the Ukrainian Second League.[1][2][3][4]

Player career[]

Veresotskyi started his career in the young team of Desna Chernihiv. In 2011 he played for FC Yednist' Plysky 2 and in FC Yednist' Plysky.[5] In 2012 he moved to LKT Chernihiv, where he got to the Semifinals Ukrainian Amateur Cup in 2012, with LKT Chernihiv. Then he moved to "FC Frunzivets Nizhyn" and Avangard Korukivka and in 2017, started to play in Avangard Korukivka until 2020.[6] In summer 2020 he moved to FC Chernihiv, the second main team in Chernihiv.[7] On September 6, 2020, he made his debut against Rubikon Kyiv for the season 2020-21. They won 2–0.[8]On 18 August 2021 he made his debut in Ukrainian Cup for the Second preliminary round, against Chaika Petropavlivska Borshchahivka in the season 2021–22 getting into the Third preliminary round for the first time for his club.[9]
