Highway 355 is a north–south highway in southwest Arkansas. The southern terminus of its longest section is at an intersection with U.S. Route 67 in Fulton. Its northern terminus is at an intersection with U.S. Route 278 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Center Point. Communities along this 32-mile (51 km) route include Fulton, McNab, Saratoga, Tollette, and Mineral Springs.[1]

A second section of Highway 355 begins at an intersection with Arkansas Highway 174 6 miles (9.7 km) southwest of Hope and runs 3 miles (4.8 km) southeast, ending at Arkansas Highway 29 at .

A third section begins at an intersection with Arkansas Highway 29 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Evening Shade and runs east then southeast 23 miles (37 km) before ending at an intersection with U.S. Route 371 at .
