Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute

The Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI) is a national not-for-profit independent network organization that funds, conducts, disseminates, and tailors research on housing and homelessness. AHURI aims to deliver policy-relevant information for better housing and urban development across Australia. The organisation's funding is received from state and territory government grants, contributions from partner universities, and third parties.[1] AHURI has 15 university partners that cluster into seven research centres across Australia.
