Avargan (Persian: اورگان, also Romanized as Āvargān and Owregān; also known as Auragūn, Āvardgān, Āverd Kān, and Organ)[1] is a village located within the Chaghakhor Rural District, Boldaji District, Borujen County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran. According to the 2006 Census of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the village's population was 2,553 and contained 535 families.[2] The village is populated by Lurs.[3]
