The BMW XM is an upcoming full-size luxury crossover SUV manufactured by BMW under the BMW M sub-brand.

Launch and development[]

BMW provided a preview of the upcoming XM with the showing of the Concept XM on November 30, 2021[1] at the 2021 Art Basel in Miami Beach, Florida.[2] Production of the XM will start in late 2022 at the BMW US Manufacturing Company plant in Greer, South Carolina.[3] BMW signed an agreement with the French manufacturer Citroën in order to be able to use the name "XM" for its vehicle, having being the property of Citroën who used it for the XM produced from 1989 to 2000.[4]
