Robert Scott Jackson (born March 5, 1957) is an American former competition swimmer who represented the United States at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec. He placed sixth in the final of the men's 100-meter backstroke with a time of 57.69 seconds.[1] Two years later he won the gold medal in the same event at the 1978 World Aquatics Championships in Berlin, Germany.
