Santo Stefano church
Carisolo (Carisöl in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 936 and an area of 24.7 square kilometres (9.5 sq mi).[3]
Carisolo borders the following municipalities: Vermiglio, Ossana, Pinzolo, Giustino, and Caderzone. .
