Carl Bailey (born April 23, 1958) is a retired American basketball player who played one career game in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Born in Birmingham, Alabama, he attended Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama.

He was selected by the Seattle SuperSonics in the 3rd round (66th overall pick) of the 1980 NBA draft.

During the 1981–82 NBA season, Bailey played seven minutes of one game with the Portland Trail Blazers, scoring a single field goal.
