Carl W. Jackson (born October 27, 1984) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing district 8, which is in Baltimore County, Maryland.[1]

Jackson was sworn in on October 21, 2019, to fill a vacancy in District 8 of the Maryland House of Delegates. He was assigned to the House Economics Matters Committee and is a member of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland.[1]
