In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Central Kings had a population of 386 living in 155 of its 176 total private dwellings, a change of 10.6% from its 2016 population of 349. With a land area of 72.94 km2 (28.16 sq mi), it had a population density of 5.3/km2 (13.7/sq mi) in 2021.[3]
